Be genuine. Post real vybes. Meet safely in public. Vybeto has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, impersonation, and illegal content.

Summary: You must be 13+, use one real account, and respect other users. Users remain responsible for content they create, upload, or share. Vybeto may remove content, suspend features, or permanently terminate accounts that break these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or our Child Safety Standards. 1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Vybeto, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
  • You must not have been previously banned from Vybeto.

3. Prohibited content and behaviour

You agree not to use Vybeto to create, upload, share, request, or promote any of the following:

  • Harassment.
  • Hate speech.
  • Sexual exploitation.
  • Scams.
  • Impersonation.
  • Spam.
  • Illegal content.
  • Threats, stalking, bullying, doxxing, phishing, or map manipulation.
  • CSAM, grooming, coercion, sextortion, trafficking, or solicitation of unlawful activity.

4. Child safety and CSAE

Vybeto has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

  • Any confirmed CSAM is removed as quickly as possible after actual knowledge.
  • Accounts involved in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or sexual exploitation of minors are suspended or permanently terminated without warning.
  • Vybeto complies with applicable child safety laws and maintains a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant regional authorities, as required by law.
  • Our published child safety standards are available on the Safety page and linked from the Privacy Policy, this page, and account-support surfaces.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Users can report profiles, activity pins, uploaded content, and chat messages directly in-app, or contact vybetoapp@gmail.com.

  • We review user reports, remove violating content, and may restrict visibility while review is pending.
  • Vybeto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these policies.
  • Appeals may be sent to vybetoapp@gmail.com, but severe child-safety or illegal-content violations may be non-appealable where required by law or safety risk.

6. Vybeto Pro subscriptions

Vybeto Pro subscriptions are billed and managed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play billing and refund policies.

Where local law grants additional consumer rights, those rights still apply. For account-level billing questions, contact vybetoapp@gmail.com.

7. User content

You retain full ownership of all content you post on Vybeto, including activity pins, photos, descriptions, and messages.

By posting content you grant Vybeto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely within the Vybeto platform and for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We may remove, limit, or disable any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or our Child Safety Standards without prior notice. Users are responsible for content they upload or share.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Vybeto is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vybeto's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Vybeto in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to outcomes arising from in-person meetings arranged through the app, loss of data, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Vybeto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Vybeto after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app and may delete your account.
