Safety Standards on Vybeto
This page publishes Vybeto's child safety and platform safety standards, including our zero-tolerance CSAE policy, in-app reporting paths, CSAM handling process, and child safety contact point.
Zero tolerance: Vybeto prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, harassment, hate speech, scams, impersonation, spam, and illegal content. Violating content may be removed immediately and violating accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.
Published CSAE standards
- Vybeto has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM.
- Users may not create, upload, request, store, or distribute CSAM or sexually exploit minors.
- Users may not groom, coerce, sextort, traffic, or otherwise sexually exploit children.
- These standards apply across profiles, posts, comments, images, and messages.
Reporting process
- Users can report users and messages directly in-app.
- Users can report profiles directly from profile actions.
- Users can report content and activity pins from content menus.
- Users can block users from same surfaces without leaving app.
- Settings and help surfaces link back to this page, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy.
Moderation process
- Incoming reports are reviewed by safety moderators.
- We may disable visibility or access while review is in progress.
- Confirmed CSAM is removed as quickly as possible after actual knowledge.
- We preserve and disclose evidence when required to investigate, enforce policy, or comply with law.
Cooperation with authorities
- Vybeto complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
- We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or relevant regional authorities, as required by law.
- We cooperate with valid legal requests and child safety investigations.
- Users should contact emergency services first for immediate danger.
Account suspension and removal
Vybeto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these policies.
- Temporary restrictions may apply during investigation.
- Repeat or severe violations may lead to permanent removal without warning.
- Attempts to evade enforcement may lead to related-account action.
