Delete Your Account
You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We provide both an in-app delete flow and an email request path.
Google Play ready: the in-app delete flow is the fastest path. Email requests are available as backup.
Option 1: Delete in-app
- Open Vybeto.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Option 2: Email request
Email vybetoapp@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
What gets deleted
- Account profile and settings.
- Activity pins and chat messages.
- Connection history and subscription status.
What may be retained and for how long
- Anonymous usage statistics: retained in aggregate form and not linked back to your account.
- Payment records: retained by payment providers per financial and tax requirements.
- Safety and enforcement records: retained temporarily for up to 180 days for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
Timeframe
- In-app deletion: immediate for account access removal.
- Email deletion request: confirmation within 48 hours.
- Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- Certain information may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
